Pocketlane helps real estate agents send branded newsletters to their own contacts. This page explains, in plain terms, what we track when you receive one of those newsletters.
What we collect
When you click a property link in a newsletter, we record which listing you opened and when, so the agent who sent it can share listings that may interest you. We associate that activity with the contact record the agent already has for you. We do not store your raw IP address; we keep only a one-way hashed value used to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
The sending agent uses this to understand which of their listings you find relevant and to follow up personally. It is used for that agent’s real estate services, not sold to third parties and not used for advertising.
Your choices
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future newsletters and the associated tracking. If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of the information associated with your contact record by emailing the address below.
